1. Return your Spotless Swing to the source where it was purchased.

2. If your Spotless Swing was purchased from this website please follow these instructions:
    a) Contact us prior to your return
    b) Return the towel along with the UPC bar code from the bottom of the box to the address below.
    c) Please include the reason for returning the cushion. At BrightSpot Solutions, LLC we are constantly striving to improve our products; your explanation will not affect the status of your refund.

4. Once we receive the product(s) and all of the above stipulations have been satisfied, BrightSpot Solutions, LLC will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s). We do not refund shipping costs. Refund processing may take 4-6 weeks.
